Second Amendment could be improved.

The full text is as follows: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".

The meaning is not up to date and needs to be updated. The proposed approach is to give power to the states. So the Amendment is to be written in this way: "The extend of gun laws is to be decided by the states".
